How long until I get a reply?
We read every message and usually reply within 2–3 business days. FenceTally is run by a small team, so please be patient during busy periods.
I think a calculator gave a wrong result. What should I send?
Tell us the calculator name and the exact values you entered (fence length, spacing, price, etc.), plus the number you expected. That lets us reproduce the issue on the first try instead of guessing.
Can you build a calculator for my type of project?
Yes — requests genuinely shape what we build next. Describe the project and the numbers you need to work out, and if enough people want the same thing it moves up the list.
Do you store the numbers I type into a calculator?
